Accessibility Statement
Learning for Miles | Effective and last updated September 14, 2026
Learning for Miles is committed to making its website, products, and services usable by as many people as reasonably possible, including people with disabilities. Accessibility is an ongoing responsibility, and we welcome feedback that helps us identify and remove barriers.
Accessibility Goal
LFM is working toward aligning the website with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines WCAG 2.2 Level AA, where reasonably applicable. This statement describes a goal and ongoing effort; it is not a claim that every page, file, or third-party feature currently conforms in every respect.
Measures We Aim to Support
-
clear heading structure and meaningful page titles;
-
keyboard access to navigation, forms, controls, and purchasing functions;
-
sufficient color contrast and text that can be enlarged without loss of content or function;
-
alternative text for meaningful images and labels for form controls;
-
captions or transcripts for important prerecorded audio and video when reasonably available;
-
descriptive link text and understandable error messages;
-
consistent navigation and visible keyboard focus; and
-
accessible downloadable resources when a suitable format is available.
Third Party Content and Platforms
Some website functions, payment tools, videos, course tools, print-on-demand services, documents, or linked resources may be provided by third parties. Their accessibility may be outside LFM’s direct control. We still want to help you access the information or complete a transaction when a barrier occurs.
Request Assistance or Report a Barrier
If you have difficulty using the website or need content in another reasonably available format, email info@learningformiles.com. Please include:
-
the web address or name of the page, product, file, or feature;
-
a brief description of the problem;
-
the device, browser, and assistive technology used, if you are comfortable sharing it; and
-
the format or type of assistance that would help.
We will review the request and make a good-faith effort to provide access or a reasonable alternative. Please do not include sensitive medical or disability information that is not needed to explain the accessibility request.
