These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of https://www.learningformiles.com, including its shop, customer accounts, digital downloads, recorded content, courses, physical products, free resources, newsletters, blog, and related services. In these Terms, “Learning for Miles,” “LFM,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Learning for Miles. “You” refers to a visitor, customer, account holder, or other user of the website.
By accessing the website, creating an account, downloading a resource, or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase its products.
Eligibility and Adult Purchasing
The website includes educational content and products that may be used by children, but purchasing, account creation, newsletter enrollment, forms, comments, and other information-submission features are intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to create an account or make a purchase. A parent, legal guardian, educator, or other authorized adult is responsible for supervising a child’s use of any product or resource.
Educational Purpose
LFM materials are provided for educational and informational purposes. They do not replace individualized instruction, professional evaluation, medical or mental health care, speech-language services, legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, or any other licensed professional service. Results vary by person, child, family, classroom, and circumstance. LFM does not promise any particular learning, personal development, financial, therapeutic, academic, or other outcome.
Adults are responsible for deciding whether a product is appropriate for a particular learner or situation and for seeking qualified professional help when needed. Product-specific disclaimers and instructions are part of these Terms.
Accounts and Account Security
If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current information and to protect your sign-in credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account unless prohibited by law. Notify us promptly at info@learningformiles.com if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. We may suspend or close an account that violates these Terms, threatens website security, or is used for fraud or unlawful activity.
Orders Pricing and Payment
Prices, product descriptions, availability, taxes, shipping charges, and accepted payment methods are shown on the website or at checkout. Prices may change without notice, but a change will not alter a completed order unless required to correct an obvious error and permitted by law. You authorize the payment method you provide to be charged for the total shown at checkout.
We may cancel or limit an order because of suspected fraud, a pricing or description error, product unavailability, fulfillment limitations, or a legal restriction. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the amount charged for the canceled item or order.
Digital Products and Recorded Content
Digital downloads and recorded course content are licensed, not sold, for the permitted use described on the product page and in these Terms. Unless a product page states otherwise, access is for the individual purchaser and the purchaser’s household. Educator or classroom use is permitted only when the product page or a separate license expressly allows it.
Once a digital file has been downloaded or digital or recorded content has been accessed, the purchase is final except where applicable law requires otherwise. If a file is defective, inaccessible because of an LFM delivery error, or delivered more than once in a duplicate transaction, contact info@learningformiles.com. We will review the issue and may provide technical assistance, replacement access, or another remedy appropriate to the circumstances.
Physical Products
Physical books, workbooks, and other products may be shipped by LFM or fulfilled by a print-on-demand or other fulfillment partner. Availability, production estimates, shipping methods, and charges may vary by product and destination. The Shipping and Returns policy is incorporated into these Terms.
Intellectual Property and Permitted Use
The website and its content, including text, lessons, frameworks, worksheets, downloads, course materials, graphics, illustrations, branding, product designs, audio, video, and arrangement, are owned by or licensed to Learning for Miles and are protected by intellectual-property laws. LFM and related names, logos, and brand elements may not be used without prior written permission.
Unless a product license says otherwise, you may access the website and use purchased or free materials for personal, noncommercial use. You may print a reasonable number of copies for your own household. You may not:

Schools, organizations, therapists, tutors, programs, and other multi-user settings must obtain the license identified on the product page or contact info@learningformiles.com about appropriate use.
Acceptable Website Use
You may not interfere with website operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, misuse another person’s information, make fraudulent purchases, impersonate another person, violate intellectual-property or privacy rights, or use the website for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive conduct.
Blog and General Information
Blog posts and other free content reflect information available when published. We may update or remove content, but we are not required to revise every older post. References to third-party resources are provided for convenience and do not guarantee their accuracy, availability, safety, or suitability.
Third Party Services and Links
The website may rely on third parties for hosting, payments, customer accounts, email, analytics, advertising, course delivery, shipping, and print-on-demand fulfillment. Those third parties may apply their own terms and privacy practices. Disclaimer of Warranties

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Learning for Miles will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the website, products, or services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LFM’s total liability for a claim relating to a paid product will not exceed the amount you paid LFM for the product giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, or other rights protected by applicable law.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, or reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the website, your infringement of another person’s rights, or your material violation of these Terms. This section does not require a consumer to indemnify LFM for LFM’s own unlawful conduct.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except that mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence remain available to you. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally may be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction in New York, unless applicable law gives you the right to proceed elsewhere.
Changes Suspension and Termination
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, technology, products, or business practices. The revised Terms will be posted with a new effective date. Material changes will apply prospectively unless law permits otherwise. We may suspend or discontinue all or part of the website, but existing paid access rights will be handled according to the applicable product terms and law.
Severability and Entire Agreement
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law. These Terms and the policies incorporated by reference form the agreement between you and LFM concerning the website, unless a separate written agreement applies.
